A San Diego homeowner needed an exterior overhaul for her home due to a crumbling stucco façade, rotted wood, roof leaks, and decaying window frames. Comprehensive Exterior Refresh
Following a complete consultation that included measurements and product and design recommendations, we created a plan to repair and update the home’s exterior. We replaced the rotted veneer with durable, low maintenance James Hardie fiber cement siding, repaired the stucco, and added an elastomeric texture coating. This coating will protect the stucco from future damage, such as harmful UV rays, and minimize or eliminate water damage, fungus, and mildew.
We replaced the deteriorated windows to maximize curb appeal and improve energy efficiency. The worn, leaky roof received an update with a more durable design that will last for decades to come.
